RouteOne Fusion - Dealership Experience
When a customer submits a deal using RouteOne Fusion, a confirmation email is sent to both the customer and to your dealership.

A new deal will be created for your dealership within the RouteOne system.
While you can access the new deal under the Desktop, Deal Manager, Lead Manager, and App Manager pages, the ‘Desktop’ view is recommended for accessing all Fusion leads: Finance, Lease, and Cash.
For dealership users who will be viewing Fusion leads in the RouteOne system, it is recommended that they also configure ‘Desktop’ as their default view.
A user’s default view is shown upon login, as well as when clicking the ‘Deals’ tab.
The default view needs to be set by each individual dealership user.
To set this default view, click on the ‘Gear’ icon in the top right corner of the page. In the pop-up window, select ‘Desktop’ from the dropdown in the ‘Set Default’ section, and ‘Save’ to apply the selection.
From the Deals top navigation dropdown, select Desktop to navigate to the Desktop page.
The Fusion workflow will create a deal in the Desktop view of the RouteOne system as soon as the customer’s personal information has been submitted. As more information is filled out by the customer (e.g. payment information, trade-in, credit application, etc.), the deal will update in the Desktop view to reflect those additions.
On the Desktop page, click the Deal Jacket icon next to the customer’s name to navigate to the Deal Jacket and view the information filled out by the customer in Fusion.
If a customer has completed a pre-qualification in association with their inquiry on the vehicle, you will see a checklist icon in the Credit App column in the lead on the Desktop page.
The Deal Jacket will load. The Deal Jacket ID, the unique identifier of the deal, appears in the upper right corner of the page.
From the Summary tab on the side navigation, you can see the credit application and the information submitted from Fusion.
If the customer completed the steps in Fusion and submitted their credit application:
The completed credit application will be visible in the Deal Jacket.
A credit application can have multiple finance sources associated with it. Each finance source will have one of three statuses: Approved, Rejected, or Pending.
If the customer completed the steps in Fusion and submitted their information, but did not submit a completed credit application:
A credit application will still be created for the deal; however, the credit application information will not be complete. At this point the dealer would need to contact the customer to complete the next steps.
